MDN Territory Managers
We require MDN Territory Managers ("TM") who register to manage territories
offered on our Site to give us contact information, such as their name,
company
name,
address,
phone number, and e-mail address, and financial qualification
and billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card number,
and the number of users within the organization that will be using the Services.
At the time a TM registers for the service we may also ask for additional personal
information, such as title, department name, fax number, or additional company
information. MDN Territory Managers can opt out of providing this additional
information by not entering it when asked. MDN
Territory Managers can update
or remove their personal
information at any time by logging into the Website and editing their Personal
Information within the site Administration. MDN
Territory Managers can view their
updated
profile to confirm their edits have been made.
Employers
We require employers who register to use the services ("Services")
offered on our Site, either directly or through out MDN Territory Managers,
to give us contact information, such as their name, company name, address,
phone
number,
and
e-mail address,
and
associated billing information.
At the time you register for the service we may also ask for additional
personal information, such as logos, fax number, or
additional company
information. Employers can modify their information by contacting their
EDM Territory Manager or by contacting MDN directly.
Employees / Visitors
Employees and visitors to MDN only need to provide their employer
username and password to access the site. Additional personal information
will be required to submit an online mortgage application. This information
will be used by the MDN Territory Manager, or by AClient Software Systems
if none exists, to assist in securing the applicant a mortgage. Optionally,
the applicant may call or otherwise contact the MDN Territory Manager directly
to recieve a mortgage quote.
For some discount offers, the visitor's first name,
last
name,
valid
work
email address,
and/or work zip code may be required
to gain access to the discount.
This policy does not extend to other websites outside the MemberDiscountNetwork.com domain that may be linked to our site. Employees and visitors to our site are encouraged to review all external site's privacy policies prior to any transaction with them.
How we use Personal Information
MemberDiscountNetwork.com uses the information
that we collect to setup MDN Territory Managers, Employers, and allow Employees
of subscribed businesses access to our site. We may also use the information
to contact MDN Territory Managers to further discuss sales and support
issues, the Services that we provide, and to send information regarding our
company or partners, such as promotions and events. MDN
Territory Managers, Employers, and Employees of subscribed businesses email
addresses and
any personal customer information will not be distributed or shared with
any third parties. MDN
Territory Managers, Employers, and Employees of subscribed businesses can
opt out of being contacted by us, or receiving such information from us,
at any time by sending an email to support@aclientsoftware.com.
MemberDiscountNetwork.com is a trade name used by AClient Software Systems, Inc. the
developers of MemberDiscountNetwork.com.
We may also email information regarding updates to the Service or company. Again, email will not be distributed or shared and customers can opt out of receiving any communication by emailing support@aclientsoftware.com at the time it is distributed, or at the time any customer registers for the Service.
Except as we explicitly state at the time we request information we do not disclose to any third-party the information provided. All financial and billing information that we collect through the Site is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective customers and to bill for Services. This billing information is not used by MemberDiscountNetwork.com for marketing or promotional purposes. MemberDiscountNetwork.com uses a third-party intermediary to manage the credit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing. Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide content on the web Site but they are not permitted to collect any information nor does MemberDiscountNetwork.com share any user information with these parties.
MDN Territory Managers may use the Site to host data and information ("Data"). MemberDiscountNetwork.com will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as provided in the MemberDiscountNetwork.com Service Agreement, or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Service Agreement, or as may be required by law. Of course, MDN Territory Managers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password.
MemberDiscountNetwork.com may also collect certain information from any visitor to the Site, including Employers, Emplotees, and MDN Territory Managers, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer our Site in order to constantly improve the quality of the Service. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our visitors and provide such information to third parties.
Cookies:
When you interact with the MemberDiscountNetwork.com Website, our Web server sends
a cookie to your computer. Cookies are files that Web browsers place on
a computer's hard drive and are used to tell us whether customers and visitors
have visited the Site previously.
